Company Background Information

Founded in 2012, Auxilium International, LLC is a woman-owned, service-disabled veteran-owned small business created by three former U.S. Air Force Officers who shared a common vision – leverage knowledge gained from time in service and working for a large business to create a small business that is responsive to our customer needs and delivers a work environment that employees feel vested and valued.

As a valued small business partner, Auxilium has delivered quality services to a wide range of customers including large businesses specializing in system integration and software development, help desk and training support to programs of record from the acquisition community, as well as data center management and operational support to U.S. Air Force organizations.  Our team’s professional expertise spans multiple engineering, cyber security, information technology, and policy development disciplines providing a workforce with a robust knowledgebase for this diverse group of customers.

  • With its understanding of the dynamic targeting process in C4ISR operations and more than twenty years in command and control, Auxilium assisted the Targeting and Geospatial Division at Air Force Lifecyle Management Center to modernize and test their targeting software while training the operational community for the last eight years
  • Based on our extensive expertise in the Air Operation Center Weapon System, Auxilium led Air Combat Command’s Operations Support Center stand up to obtain full operational capability and delivering enterprise support to twenty-six operational sites around the globe

Ellis Espy Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Espy has extensive experience in the government and private sector executive management. His leadership experience, technical expertise, relevant education have allowed him to prosper, delivering many types of services to many government and commercial clients to include engineering, cybersecurity, information technology, policy development, and project management.

Mr. Espy has held a variety of positions as a U.S. Air Force Officer, U.S. Government Official, and corporate executive managing a diverse set of programs and technologies that has provided him a vast amount of knowledge into government and industry standards, procedures, and best practices. He has led many integrated (multi-discipline) product development organizations throughout his career through concept, design, development, delivery, and sustainment. Working with matrixed organizations and cross-functional groups has allowed him to identify and apply process implementation and improvement methodologies that have resulted in drastic organizational resource savings.

Mr. Espy has executed many types of acquisitions as an executive managing business development execution and subsequent contract awards and implementation. Assessment of cost, schedule/performance, and evaluation of impact and risk is his core discipline and is able to apply these concepts to projects and business operations alike. Mr. Espy has a BS Degree from The University of Illinois and a Master’s Degree in Research & Development Management from The Air Force Institute of Technology. Before he was commissioned as an Air Force Officer, he spent 5 years in the U.S. Navy as a Corpsman.

Based on his unique blend of government and industry experience, Mr. Espy has the necessary leadership skill sets to make any organization successful. He is an award-winning, dependable leader with a wide foundation of experience in programs valued at over $54B. He is a dedicated and hardworking leader that does not fear change and welcomes the demands of customers. Mr. Espy consistently illustrates his ability to coalesce a diverse set of disciplines, bringing them together to reach a common goal.

Tom Harmon President

Tom is the President and founding partner of Auxilium International, LLC. He is responsible for developing and implementing Auxilium’s business strategy and for the day-to-day management of its operations. Tom holds a Bachelor's degree from the United States Air Force (USAF) Academy and served as a communications officer in the USAF. Tom has over 20 years of experience leveraging technology in support of Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) operations.

Toms focus over the years has been on a wide range of management, business, and technical competencies, with an emphasis on a secure design, planning, implementation, and management of enterprise-wide networked technical solutions and systems. He has in-depth knowledge of project management, risk management and compliance, and the system development life cycle. His diverse background includes program management roles in the acquisition community bringing a unique perspective and ability to bridge the gap between program and technical management. He also has deep knowledge of all facets of designing and implementing successful Information Technology solutions for organizations of all sizes.

Mr. Harmon’s diverse leadership positions in industry have resulted in unique perspective on methodology to understand customer requirements and transition those requirements to capabilities

  • Technical lead managing six fielding teams overseeing deployment of C2 systems to twenty six sites around the globe
  • Deputy Integration lead for modernization of C2 system of record valued at over $400M
